Your building is delivered fully assembled, so our team will need a clear path to the installation location.
- Clear vehicles, trailers, equipment, debris, and other obstacles from the delivery path.
- Trim low tree branches and ensure overhead clearance.
- Verify gates and access points are wide enough for delivery equipment.
- Avoid soft, muddy, or unstable ground conditions.
- Ensure someone 18+ is available on delivery day.
- Confirm any required HOA approvals or local permits before delivery.

FAQs
How do I prepare for delivery?
Before delivery, make sure the path is clear of tree branches, fences, gates, or other obstructions to allow access for our truck, trailer, and shed (in one piece). You must provide at least 1 foot of clearance on each side of the building’s width. It’s also your responsibility to ensure permitting requirements, if any, are met before delivery.
Can you help remove fences or gates during delivery?
Fence post removal is available as a service if requested at the time of sale. However, our work is not guaranteed. If no request is made during the purchase, any obstructions should be addressed before delivery.
How will I know when my building will be delivered?
Our delivery team will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery time. You’ll also receive regular updates during the preparation and delivery process to keep you informed every step of the way.
