Yes. Your site should be as level, clear, and accessible as possible before delivery. Remove obstacles such as vehicles, debris, low-hanging branches, and fences that may interfere with access. Our delivery team will handle the building placement and leveling.

No. Most customers do not need a concrete pad. Our certified delivery team can level your building using foundation blocks included with delivery. However, concrete pads are optional and may be preferred for certain applications.

Yes. In many cases, buildings can be relocated after installation. Contact your local Action Buildings location for information about building moving services.

Absolutely! Our Rent-to-Own program offers guaranteed approval with no credit check required. It’s a simple way to get the building you need with affordable monthly payments.

With our 90 Days Same as Cash option, you can take delivery of your building today and pay it off within 90 days without paying interest.

Most Action Buildings feature galvanized steel framing, steel siding, and steel roofing, combined with a ¾” pressure-treated wood floor. We never use particle board, OSB, staples, nails, or glue in our standard steel-framed buildings.

For customers with HOA requirements or specific style preferences, we also offer buildings with LP SmartSide® siding and other exterior options while maintaining our signature steel-frame construction.

Yes. Our steel-framed buildings are designed for durability and can be rated for winds up to 160 MPH when properly anchored with tie-downs.

Yes! Insulation packages are available for any Action Building and can help regulate temperature, reduce condensation, and create a more comfortable interior space.
